Coconut Creek, FL. August 20, 2019 – In keeping with the promise to provide unique and exciting experiences at its properties, Hill Partners, Inc. is excited to announce four new deals signed at Promenade at Coconut Creek.
Internationally known and nationally recognized acclaimed Chef, Ralph Pagano will bring his take on Mexican food to Coconut Creek, opening a 5,796-sq. ft. Naked Taco restaurant this November. As the chef, owner, and biggest fan of Naked Taco, Chef Pagano will mix up Mexican flavors with bold presentations, killer cocktails and an awesome soundtrack that makes it more than something for everyone. The restaurant’s signature “naked tacos” will be served in a lettuce cup keeping the flavors big and the waistline small. However, it’s not just tacos at Naked Taco! Ceviches, churrasco steaks, lobsters, fresh chopped salads and amazing desserts will have diners coming back over and over. With phenomenal service, food made fresh and a happy, peaceful vibe, Naked Taco will be a must-try at Promenade.
Another exciting addition will be an Xfinity interactive retail store. This 2,100-sq. ft. location will provide an immersive destination to discover Xfinity’s products and services. Also, customers will learn how to optimize their Xfinity services and can address any service needs. Xfinity’s Promenade store will open in October next to DSW.
Furthermore, Promenade’s Pop-Up shop Coconut Vibe recently signed on as a longer-term tenant. The boutique, started by a local fashion entrepreneur, features swimwear and ready-to-wear women’s apparel.
Zervos Group, one of the nation’s premier commercial contractor insurance and bonding providers, will open a 1,353-sq. ft. satellite location in the office building.
