Due to recent government mandates and regulations, we have decided to postpone our Saturday Music Series in order to ensure that you, our valued patrons, are kept safe.

Promenade at Coconut Creek will continue to follow applicable guidelines set forth by local officials, health departments and the Governor’s Phase 2 protocol (effective June 5) as well as maintaining the high standards of cleaning and sanitation efforts we have set in place for your shopping and dining convenience.

We look forward to rescheduling our Saturday Music Series in the future and hope you will join us then. Your well being is our top priority.

 

Xfinity Store Now Open at Promenade at Coconut Creek

The Xfinity Store at the Promenade at Coconut Creek is open for shoppers to explore the latest and greatest in Comcast and Xfinity products and services.

The store is at 4407 Lyons Road, Suite 101A, between DSW and Massage Envy. Visit the store to explore, learn and interact with the latest Xfinity services and sign up for new services. In addition, current Xfinity customers can pay their bill, get answers to account-related questions, return old equipment or pick up new equipment.

Be sure to check out Xfinity Mobile and the latest mobile devices from Apple, Samsung, Google, LG and Motorola, as well as a full range of wireless accessories.

For everyone’s health and safety, Comcast has implemented several new policies in its stores, due to COVID-19 including:

• Requiring face coverings for all employees and customers
• Practicing social distancing measures such as limiting the number of customers in the store to maintain a six-foot distance between persons
• Installing plexiglass dividers between interaction areas, kiosks, and on workstations
• Cleaning stores professionally twice every day

The Coconut Creek Xfinity Store is open seven days a week. Store hours are Monday-Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm. The first 30 minutes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are reserved for Seniors (60+).

Promenade’s hours are 10am – 9pm Monday through Saturday and 12pm – 6pm on Sunday. As our shops, restaurants, and beauty and wellness stores continue to open, please check here frequently for store re-openings, hours and promotions.

Promenade at Coconut Creek will follow applicable guidelines set forth by local officials and/or health departments as well as the Governor’s Phase 2 protocol (effective June 5, 2020), which includes shops and restaurants operating at no more than 50% capacity.  

The health and well-being of our customers, employees, retail partners, and the community we serve are always a top priority. So as we reopen, below are some of the sanitation and safety efforts we are implementing to help ensure a safe environment.

  • We are using EPA-approved disinfecting products on all surfaces. All high touchpoint common areas, including doorknobs, tables, chairs, benches, stair railings and elevator entrance doors and call buttons will be cleaned frequently throughout the day.
  • A day porter will be onsite cleaning the high touch point common areas referenced above between 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday, and from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday.
  • The fountains have been chlorinated following standard protocols to disinfect the water. Although the fountains are operational, we discourage sitting around them and/or public congregation.
  • Soft seating has been removed from the common areas. Hard surface benches will be cleaned frequently by the high touch point cleaning porter and remain in the existing locations. All tenants with outside seating should thoroughly clean these seating areas after each use.
  • All porters and security personnel will be wearing face coverings. Disposable gloves shall be worn by porters when conducting their regular duties.

Promenade Cares: Cold Stone Creamery & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and World of Beer Give Back!

Giving is sweet. Promenade at Coconut Creek launched the Promenade Cares initiative in April to give back to local first responders. In mid-April Coconut Creek’s first responders were invited to Cold Stone Creamery and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory where they received Chocolate Truffle Promenade Cares package. Promenade’s World of Beer location also delivered 170 of these packages to Boca Raton Regional Hospital as well as 50 meals with chicken wings, cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Read more!

Exciting Enhancements at Promenade at Coconut Creek

Hill Partners, Inc. announces exciting enhancements to its public spaces and the opening of new tenants at Promenade at Coconut Creek.

(Coconut Creek, FL. March 9, 2020) Hill Partners, Inc. officially announces the unveiling of two new public spaces at Promenade at Coconut Creek: The Back Porch and The Parking Parcel. Each of these gathering settings will welcome locals and visitors alike to beautiful and laid-back atmospheres filled with shaded walkways, umbrellas, lush vegetation, rocking chairs, and plush seating.

The Parking Parcel, partially unveiled in December, includes two breathtaking murals, over 19 feet high and 108 feet long. These stunning murals, envisioned by the artist DAAS, were painted by Coconut Creek residents together with Unconventional Group. As a LEED Certified Center, Hill Partners, Inc. believed that it was important to add green spaces to the wall. Therefore, two living green wall systems were included between the murals, adding not only vibrancy but most importantly leaving a green legacy for the community. Later in the year, tensile shade structures and benches will be added around the parcel along the sidewalk.

The Back Porch will officially open this February right in front of Ciao Italian Bistro, Naked Taco, Saito’s Steak House and Bar Louie. This brand-new space will welcome locals to a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy all that Promenade at Coconut Creek has to offer. Guests will lounge and linger in plush seats, surrounded with dynamic lighting, while enjoying their time under tensile shade sails. This urban chic oasis will allow guests to dine al fresco, all year long, while enjoying dishes and drinks from Coconut Creek’s top restaurants. We are also excited to announce that mobile charging stations will be located across the bar top at The Back Porch.

Internationally known and nationally recognized acclaimed Chef, Ralph Pagano will bring his take on Mexican food to Coconut Creek, opening a 5,796-sq. ft. Naked Taco restaurant this November. As the chef, owner, and biggest fan of Naked Taco, Chef Pagano will mix up Mexican flavors with bold presentations, killer cocktails and an awesome soundtrack that makes it more than something for everyone.
