Promenade at Coconut Creek Recognized by ICSC with Silver MAXI Win

Hill Partners, Inc. announced that its Promenade at Coconut Creek shopping center was recognized by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) with a Silver MAXI award for excellence in shopping center marketing for the A Community Mural Painting Day event held at the shopping center last October.

The MAXI Awards Program is an international marketing competition that was established in 1972, celebrating those shopping centers that have designed and implemented the most successful marketing programs during the previous year.

In early 2019, Hill Partners began discussions for a custom-designed, large-scale mural that would grace the walls of Promenade at Coconut Creek’s north parking garage. Since Promenade is considered by many to be the downtown of Coconut Creek, it was important to the Hill Partners team that the community be involved in bringing the mural to life. Exciting Enhancements at Promenade at Coconut Creek

Hill Partners, Inc. announces exciting enhancements to its public spaces and the opening of new tenants at Promenade at Coconut Creek.

(Coconut Creek, FL. March 9, 2020) Hill Partners, Inc. officially announces the unveiling of two new public spaces at Promenade at Coconut Creek: The Back Porch and The Parking Parcel. Each of these gathering settings will welcome locals and visitors alike to beautiful and laid-back atmospheres filled with shaded walkways, umbrellas, lush vegetation, rocking chairs, and plush seating.

The Parking Parcel, partially unveiled in December, includes two breathtaking murals, over 19 feet high and 108 feet long. These stunning murals, envisioned by the artist DAAS, were painted by Coconut Creek residents together with Unconventional Group. As a LEED Certified Center, Hill Partners, Inc. believed that it was important to add green spaces to the wall. Therefore, two living green wall systems were included between the murals, adding not only vibrancy but most importantly leaving a green legacy for the community. Later in the year, tensile shade structures and benches will be added around the parcel along the sidewalk.

The Back Porch will officially open this February right in front of Ciao Italian Bistro, Naked Taco, Saito’s Steak House and Bar Louie. This brand-new space will welcome locals to a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy all that Promenade at Coconut Creek has to offer. Guests will lounge and linger in plush seats, surrounded with dynamic lighting, while enjoying their time under tensile shade sails. This urban chic oasis will allow guests to dine al fresco, all year long, while enjoying dishes and drinks from Coconut Creek’s top restaurants. We are also excited to announce that mobile charging stations will be located across the bar top at The Back Porch.

“We are so excited to welcome our patrons, shoppers, and visitors to our spectacular, new gathering areas,” said Robert H. Spratt, Jr., President Hill Partners, Inc. “We envisioned spaces where families, friends, and acquaintances would get together in the heart of Coconut Creek, and we are proud to unveil just that, quaint and inviting areas that will entice conversations and evoke memories for years to come.” In addition to these enhancements, Hill Partners, Inc. also announces the addition of two new tenants to the center: Amazing Lash and Xfinity.

Amazing Lash Studio, the category leader in eyelash extensions and lash lift services, will open a 1,760 sq. ft studio located near Sephora. “I chose Promenade at Coconut Creek because it is the premier lifestyle destination center in Northern Broward County,” mentioned Cheryl Fordham, the Amazing Lash studio owner, “I look forward to creating lasting beauty by helping women look and feel amazing with the passion, dedication, and excellence we are known for.” Amazing Lash is scheduled to open this May.

Another exciting addition will be an Xfinity interactive retail store. This 2,100-sq. ft. location will provide Coconut Creek residents an immersive destination to discover Xfinity’s products and services. Also, customers will learn how to optimize their Xfinity services and can address any service needs. Xfinity’s Promenade store will open in March next to DSW.
